Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially met at a campus fair and showed interest. Set up one-on-one interviews the next day which consisted of basic behavioral questions (what do you do on campus, what would you do in a situation where others are uncooperative, etc) which then led into a behavioral/IQ/skills test. Later invited to fly out to Columbus for two days of interviews; shown around campus and sat down with 5-6 individuals and also did a group interview (case). Received a call two weeks later for an offer.
