Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
You must apply online and submit a HireVue interview. Upon completion you will need to complete the Wonderlic assessment (IQ style test -- basic arithmetic and logic questions). If you are selected to move on you will complete two short interviews (HR and Finance). If they move you to the final round they will invite you to a 2 day event.

First day you will have a group case study and several seminars where you will learn about the firm's culture and the Finance department (meet a LOT of current analysts). Second day will be interview based; you will have 3 one on one (Purely behavioral but they expect you to ask some finance specific questions) and one short video recorded interview. They will also cover compensation and career trajectory (A strong positive in a world of hush hush salary data) and let you know if they will extend an offer afterwards.
Interview Questions
None, interviews are VERY conversational (Firm prides itself on its non-corporate culture. As long as you know your resume and can speak about your experiences you will be fine. You should prepare some of your analytical skills for the case interview (Group). However, the case is not very challenging and is more about your ability to work in a team than your raw technical skills.

Interview
Recruiters came on campus, I applied and sent my resume then. Got a call back a week later to set up Skype interviews with HR and a Business Analyst, then was invited for a two day Superday visit.
Interview Questions
Run of the mill behaviorals, they asked "Do you have any hesitations or concerns with living in Columbus?" and "What do you look for most in an employer?" Besides that, they asked about my resume, activities, hardest classes, etc. During the group interview, they had all the Business Analyst interns work together to budget a collection for next season, based on the prior season's sales of different items. After that, we had to present our findings and talk about potential shortcomings. It wasn't too bad.

Interview
Initially met at a campus fair and showed interest. Set up one-on-one interviews the next day which consisted of basic behavioral questions (what do you do on campus, what would you do in a situation where others are uncooperative, etc) which then led into a behavioral/IQ/skills test. Later invited to fly out to Columbus for two days of interviews; shown around campus and sat down with 5-6 individuals and also did a group interview (case). Received a call two weeks later for an offer.
Interview Questions
For the finance development program: the hardest one was just basic financial math questions (ie. what is the NPV of these cash flows) that you would do by hand and with a calculator. Not too difficult although if you didn't have experience in finance/econ. it might have been pretty difficult. Also suspected that with the individual interviews, each of the interviewers asked different difficulty behavioral questions. Additionally, the team case interview caught me off guard, was very specific to the clothing industry.
