The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
First round phone interview. Applied in Dec., did the phone interview in late Jan.
Final round was assessment center, did it in late Feb. consists of one case study (1-1 presentation), group case stduy and 1 hour 1-1 interview.
Interview Questions
That was during the 1-1 1 hour interview session. There were two interviewers, coming from different divisions. After some very common type of behavioral and competencies based questions (teamwork experience, challenge, leadership experience etc.), they asked me about a teamwork experience that involves integrity. I don't remember the exact question, but it is more like when you encounter an not integrity situtation, what did you do, how did you deal with it. It is honestly not easy to answer that question.

Interview
Standard phone interview covering behavioural questions. Applied for an investment role and surprisingly there was no technical questions asked but rather situational ones.
(E.g: Tell me a time where you showed leadership, teamwork, integrity etc. etc.)
Interview Questions
Did not actually occur to me but heard from one of the people within my AC. They asked if you could be cartoon character, who would you be and why. Honestly caught some of them off guard.
Other than that, probably something related to the industry and what are the key challenges etc. Try to read up on MIFID (pretty no brainer there)
Not sure what I can add from it but try to have a number of situations backed up for your interview since there are quite a number of questions that they ask (more than the usual I would say)
