Investments Intern Interview - Equities
Candidates who advanced were invited to participate in a group assessment. This stage evaluated collaboration, problem-solving ability, and how effectively individuals could articulate ideas and contribute within a team setting.
The third stage involved a two-on-one interview with members of the investment team. This round was more in-depth and focused on technical competency, investment judgment, prior experience, and cultural alignment with the team. It also included a case-study.
Following the final interview, Human Resources contacted selected candidates to formally extend an offer.
