First you receive numerical tests, which can be practiced for online. If you score better than 70% of applicants, you are invited for an interview. The interview consists of 2 45-minute interviews with an analyst and an associate, back-to-back. The first 45 minutes focus on your motivation and the second focus on technical questions.
