First received a link for a Harvey assignment (logics etc). Those who score >70% are then invited to the interviews, which are 2x 45min with analysts, associates and VPs. First there was motivation (1 analyst and 1 VP), where they also asked some basics to test if I knew what an M&A process looked like and what IB actually is. Then there was the technical (2 associates) which was mostly made up of classic questions (3 financial statements, methods of valuation, do a DCF, LBO, multiples). An hour after the interviews I was called with an offer.
