Interview
Did no networking, just applied on Handshake. Received email requesting time slots for the next week. First round was simply a cultural fit round with all behaviorals. 30 minutes, easy questions that were unspecific and could’ve been asked at any job. Heard back in a few days. Second round was a very simple “technical” interview. All basic software KPI and business model questions. Was told I’d moved onto the next round during the interview. A week later, third round was a very simple case study. This lasted 45 minutes and was testing market-sizing and software business model knowledge.
