Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round: All behavioral - why PE, why mid market, tell me about yourself.
2nd round: Half technical - walk through what an LBO is, what is PE. Half behavioral - "tell me about a time when..." type questions.
3rd round: Given 10K 24 hours in advance to analyze and talk about. Look through SaaS profitability metrics/evaluation.
