General Interview Information
Interview Details
There are a total of 4 rounds. The first 2 rounds were the standard personality test and an online video screening test that determined your knowledge of Accenture. Pretty routine stuff, just make sure you do your research of the company extensively.
I was then scheduled for the third round, a 1-on-1 case presentation with a consultant. 1 hour for the interview, first 30mins were for preparation of the deck, and the next 30mins were for presentation. Interview was Interviewer-led, a case brief of around 5 pages was provided.
I was notified of my Final round on the same day, which was an interview with the MD of the industry. The interview was a combination of everything I've gone through, from ascertaining my interest in Accenture, my fit with the company, running through my resume to determine the relevancy of my internship experiences, and a mini case problem (Mine was market sizing) to determine my thought process. Just make sure you have structure, and make it realistic.
Advice: You can be excellent in your logic, be a great presenter, but all is naught if THEY DON'T LIKE YOU. The most important thing is to build rapport with your interviewers. Make they like you. I had some major face-palm moments during my interview, but I covered up for that with a great personality and some friendly banter that definitely made them like me as a person. I was also really clear about what I was looking for in the company and they respected my honesty (But don't be rude about that.)
