Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process began with an initial telephone/automated online interview with basic questions about competency and motivation. I was subsequently invited to attend one of their assessment centres. This consisted of a group briefing, followed by a group exercise which involved assimilating a volume of information and using that information to decide what measures to take from a pre-defined set of solutions. Candidates then had to defend (as a group) their decisions and explain their rationale. This was followed by an individual project management exercise which involved taking the measures selected in the group exercise and plotting them on a GANTT chart. Then came a one on one interview where candidates had to explain their decisions in the project management exercise, and answer further competency questions as well as questions on Accenture. There are also non-assessed opportunities to quiz a project manager and second year analysts about life at Accenture.
