3 Interviews for the Business Analyst (Talent & Organziation) - MCDP Experienced Hire job requistion.

1) 45 mins phone interview with the recruiter - basic resume screen about my experience and background; more in-depth questions of why Accenture, why consulting and why this position.

2) 1.5 hours phone interview with a manager - 45 minutes are spent on behavorial questions and 45 mins are spent on a case (Human Capital related case)

3) 2 hours of in-person interview with 2 managers. 60 minutes with the first manager on another human capital case and then a 60 minutes converational dialog with another manager about Accenture, etc.
