Phone Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Basic interview from a very well-spoken hiring manager. Was looking for a very technical back end analyst for the final phases of implementation / maintenance. No consulting / strategic work. Travel 4 days a week for this position. Did not get the position as I didn’t quite meet the technical capabilities requirements. The interviewer sounded genuine that he would help me find something that fit me better, but I tried to stay in contact but the recruiter reached back out.
