The first round consisted of two 30 minute interviews. The first interview was entirely behavioral, and the second was entirely a case. During the case the interview left me alone in the room for the first 15 minutes to read material and do whatever analysis I thought was appropriate. I should note that there was no way to do all of the necessary analysis in the allotted time, so prioritization was key. I belive both of the interviewers were director level

I was invited to a second round later that day. In between the first and second rounds I recieved a call from an Alumn who had been with Accenture for about a year. She gave me some constructive feedback on what I did well and areas for improvement from the first round.

The second round was in Accenture's Chicago office. I interviewed with two more senior level people for about 45 minutes each. The interviews both started with small talk and then moved to cases. They did not ask many behavioral questions. I received a rejection phone call within two hours after the interviews
