Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Did a phone behavioral interviewed, followed by 2 1-hour cases, and then the final round. The first set of cases was based on entering a new market, and the second one on increasing profits of a business. Had to suggest a 1yr, 5yr, and 10yr road map. As long as you have a structured approach you should be fine. Make sure that you ask the right questions. In of the questions I had to ask for a lot of data, in another I was given a lot more data that what was necessary.
