Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had an employee referral in order to get the interview. The first interview was via phone - very easy & behavioral. The second interview was also via phone - still easy but a bit more "tell me about a time you..." type of questions. Still pretty straight-forward. Final round was on-site. I met with two senior managers (separately). Again, very straight-forward, behavioral questions. Good preparation is to know your resume through and through & what you would bring to the position.
