Digital Tech Analyst

First round interview was on campus, scheduled through on campus recruiting site. Was about 30 minute general fit interview. Pretty informal, was mostly just a conversation with an employee at the firm. Later that day, I was called by an analyst, to inform me that I had made it to the 2nd round and would have another interview the following day.

Second interview was very similar but about 45 min. Was asked typical behavioral questions. Nothing particularly hard, but was asked to elaborate on one of my answers in order for the manager to get a better idea of how I work. She seemed to be trying to "Check" certain things and looking for certain qualities.

I was told I would hear back in 1-2 weeks, but ended up waiting for almost 1.5 months. This was definitely a turn off. The people I met from the company were all great and very interesting, but the way the process was handled was disappointing.

I recommend to go into the interview looking to ask as many questions as you can and having searched some commonly asked interview questions and preparing answers. Be relaxed in the interview and try to connect with your interviewers on a personal level. Make them like you as a person, and that's half the battle.
