Responded to an email about diversity hiring at Accenture. Got an email to fly into Atlanta for their first and final round interview process.

Flew in first day, company showed me around and had a nice dinner. I met some MDs and other people explained the company to me.

Second day, had 2 back to back half hour interviews in the morning. Both were primarily case based and difficult but fun.

In the afternoon they gave another presentation on Accenture and finally the group of 14 of interviewees were released.

I got a call the following Monday that I was accepted. Had 2 weeks to accept or decline offer.

Accenture was an awesome company they were so nice and accommodating to everyone. Anytime there is an opportunity to meet MDs means that they care very much about their potential interns. In a word, they were hospitable. Atlanta office is great too, though most of the time you'll be working at the client location so it does not matter very much.
