Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process consisted of two 1-on-1 interviews at my campus career center. The first interview began with a "walk me through your resume" question, to be expected, and then a behavioral question about a time that I had failed. Then there was a brief, open ended case question. The second interview began with another behavioral question- why consulting/why Accenture?- and then a very odd pharma case in which the interviewer interrupted me, told me to start over by drawing a circle on my piece of paper and proceeded to walk me through the answers he was looking for without giving me a chance to try... That really caught me off guard and I couldn't tell what he wanted from me or if that meant that I had already been cut. Other than that minor aspect, the interview process went smoothly and was not extremely high-stress.
