What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were a couple of stages. The first stage was a video interview in which you had to answer questions about the company and what their different arms are. You also have to answer why you are interested in the role and what you can bring to the company.
Following that, the next stage is a case interview with a manager of the department where he will give you a case question. My question was a strategy question which involved merger and acquisition and how the FX rates will affect our company acquiring a similar firm in the industry.
Following that, the next two stages are case interviews again before proceeding to a final interview with the MD
