Summer Analyst

I applied online and then also got a referral from an alum from my school. It took a really long time to get a first round but I got the news about second round pretty quickly. The recruiting team didn't seem particularly organized but other Accenture employees were very happy to help make sure my interview was confirmed. The actual interview wasn't crazy hard questions but seemed like they were really looking for genuine answers rather than what you think they want to hear. There was a skill test, then quick phone interview with recruiter, then 2 - 45 min interviews with different employees where they asked questions off of a script.
