Submitted my resume through school's career website and got an interview three weeks later. The first interview consisted of a resume screen and got an email the night of for a second round interview the next day. The second interview was very specific behavior interview as in they ask a lot of follow up questions to your response (ie. if you answered that you sent a professor an email, they would then ask you what was in the email, and so on). Got an offer about 2 weeks later, and was contacted by HR and both Partners who interviewed me. Overall the people were very genuine and friendly.
