Interview
Very simple interview process. One phone and then in person. Phone interview consisted of basic behavioral questions. In person interview also consisted of behavioral questions. Took a very long time to hear back from, and needed to send multiple email reminders.
Interview Questions
There were not too many difficult questions, as they were standard interview questions. Was asked to walk through my resume and why I believe I would be a good fit for the position. Both interviews were very short, less than 30 minutes each! As long as you have basic knowledge about the job, the interview is relatively straight-forward and easy. Since the company is small, the interview was not extremely difficult. The questions were basically to see if you would be a good fit with the company.
