Investment Management Intern

I applied in late August for the Spring internship. I was contacted via e-mail to interview in person on campus. After the 1-on-1 half hour interview, I waited for a few days to hear back from HR via phone. I was then invited to the final interview a week later, but had to complete an Excel proficiency test before. The final interview consisted of a couple different interview with four different analysts of varying levels. The questions were both behavioral and technical and they really wanted to see how interested you were in the markets. They will also take you around the trading desks and the analyst area to show you how the office looks. The people are very Iowan - friendly and intelligent.
