3 rounds (1 on 1 with analyst, 1 on 1 with hr, superday). Heavy emphasis on cultural fit, and making sure that you are excited & knowledgeable about the tech/SAAS space.

First round technicals were basic though they dug in to details, superday technicals were more advanced but mostly standard if you study properly. Superday consisted of a few 2 on 1 with junior employees and 1 on 1 wth MDs. All interviews were done online with video chat. Repeated focus on culture, seems like a great firm that genuinely cares about the wellbeing and career development of employees.
Interview Questions
- General/strategic question regarding how the firm should go about selecting a financial sponsor when there are multiple to choose from when selling a business., - Standard, but multi year inventory purchase, involving debt, depreciation, and interest payments

Interview
I applied online through my school's career portal and was extended a first round phone interview about a week or so later. About a week after the phone interview, I was invited for a second round 2-on-1 interview over zoom. I heard back a day later from the Chief Administrative Officer inviting me to a superday the following week which consisted almost entirely of 2-on-1 interviews for about 4 hours. Each interview had the usual behavioral component along with technicals which seemed to get harder and harder as I progressed through the rounds.
Interview Questions
The most unexpected question was asking me what a typical sell-side mandate process looks like (b/c 99% of their mandates are sell-side M&A)
