Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview consisted of a 1 on 1 phone call with an HR employee where they asked about my background, as well as my interest in asset management. We went over the responsibilities of the role as well as the timeline. The second interview was held in-person with two AEW employees around the VP level. This was more in-depth and more focused on the role while asking questions about asset management and commercial real estate to better gauge my understanding.
