Interview
Interview process took about 4 weeks. I applied online, got an interview from HR, then got connected to an associate and director on the phone. Lastly, got brought into the office. The whole process was very smooth, they care a lot about your fit with their culture as well as a thorough explanation of what you bring to the table in terms of skill set. They know that the people they interview are smart and can figure it out, but they want that drive/grit personality.
Interview Questions
What is your favorite asset class right now and why, what trends have you seen in the west market, what cities do you think are great opportunities. It was all really based on your understand of the overall market of real estate as well as how confident you are with your answers even though they could totally disagree with you. Obviously you wouldn't want to sound ridiculous but if you had some good reasoning behind these questions, they would really appreciate your insights on the current RE environment.
