1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I started with networking with alumni in the company. I then proceeded to get connected with someone on the exact team. Following this I had a basic HR screening call. Then I met with a VP on the team and had a fit test, where I was mainly asked why the firm and role. Then I had a call with a senior VP who asked similar questions and also my interest in the industry etc. Then I have a superday meeting with 4 VP's in the office.
