1 On 1 Interview with the CEO/ CFO / President / Managing partner +2 Other directors. The interview process took 4+ hours on two separate days. Most of the questions had to do more with fit then technical skills, they are really big on culture so fit is of supreme importance. They like people who are intensely curious with a touch of personality. The office is loud with tons of stuff going on, everyone looks happy. They hit a giant gong when they fund certain amount of deals. Its a super fun place to work.
Interview Questions
I was asked a riddle in the interview, I had no idea how to answer it but I still ended up getting the job. The main part is to stay relaxed and let your personality shine though.
Most of the questions were softball questions like what is the most important thing to you.

There is a challenging group interview question where everyone is asked out of that group who would they hire, other then themselves.
