Interview
I applied via emailing their hiring director my resume and a cover letter. I was then reached out to via email to send over my ACT score and to take an online monitored test within 48 hours. After that I was contacted a day later to schedule my first interview within 3 days. My first interview was with an associate, mostly basic sell side investment banking questions. A little accounting, a little theoretical finance, and fit question. After the interview I was then emailed an hour later to schedule an interview with another associate and a principal within 48 hours. The second associate interview was more fit questions, but the technical questions were more nuanced towards tech M&A specifically whether it be valuation wise or macro level. The Principal interview is back to back with the second associate. It consisted of multiple fit questions, macro tech M&A questions, and finally a case study where he put two companies on the screen side by side with specific metrics, asked which one I would rather invest in, and told me I could ask him any question and if it was relevant he would give me the information. Kind of similar to a consulting interview. After that I waited about two days and got an email for the final round interview with the CEO. Quick 15 minutes, just background on yourself and a couple of fit questions. Heard back two days later with an offer.
Interview Questions
The most difficult would be the consulting style case study question. It just kind of caught me off guard since it wasn't mentioned that it would be happening. The initial screening test on test gorilla was also surprisingly hard. Otherwise most questions were pretty common sell side IB questions.

Interview Questions
Gross vs Net ARR and which one would you rather see in an LBO.

They asked a few other software specific questions around contract structuring and then metrics like CAC, LTV, etc.

The interview process was a a bit too much I felt as they required all candidates to take an hour and a half aptitude test (most of which are questions on information you likely wouldn’t see at a bank of this caliber).
Interview Questions
I do not remember the exact questions, but there were questions on debt, and to my knowledge, MM Tech Boutiques do not deal with debt as often as questions were asked

The interview recruiting process was in-depth and intimate. Throughout the process, I connected with the entire board and, ultimately, learned about the culture from a different perspective. As a result, I could disseminate and reflect on what mattered most to me - the people. Overall experience was great!
