Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I met with a former intern and asked about the program. He got me in touch with the HR coordinator. They were very well organized. I interviewed with 2 analysts and an executive assistant. The first analyst and EA were easy and did not ask anything too difficult. The last analyst asked me some technical questions (DCF, EV, Valuation models), but nothing you shouldn't have learned in school. I over prepared so I was ready. Overall, I felt that it was an average interview in terms of difficulty.
