The background screening was more so an overview of the entire position and describing why interested in finance. Then there was a three person call where technicals were asked alongside behavioral questions. I didn't hear from them for 6 weeks and then received the offer.
Interview Questions
The hardest part was the test given immediately after the interview with a test that was about determining ratios and their meaning from hypothetical financial statements. There were questions about recent bank collapses.

First round consisted of a 45 minute phone interview, then a webex call with the group head that lasted about two hours. From there was the team interview, again on webex, which lasted about two and a half hours.
