Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. I previously met a senior manager at a presentation about the bank and then I had a one-on-one phone call to gauge my interest and understand the role. After this, there was an online 'superday' with three lending analysts (30 min. interviews) who were all previously interns in this role. Very personable and great people with questions into my past, markets/finance understanding, and technical questions. After this, there was a financial statement test that was sent out where I had 45 min. to complete. Four days later, I got the offer.
