Interview
I talked with a recruiter on the fall career fair and he asked me to wait for their call later that day. I received a phone call soon at the end of the day to confirm with me about time and place for a on campus interview. Following the next of the day I showed up at the interview and had a one to one interview with a senior manager (I assume). He is friendly but seems very worried about my visa status. I told him my CPT or OPT does not require sponsorship and can last for a year. He then asked me if I am interested in a rotational program ALEX(if I recall correctly) after an internship with them and I said yes. Following on that, he throw me a question that since my visa can only ensure a 12 months work period and the rotational program is more than a year, what would I do after the 12 months. I have no choice but have to be honest with him saying I might then need to consider a sponsorship for participating the rest of the program under that situation.

The other questions are fairly straight forward behavioral questions. I am not fully prepared for this interview to be honest, so even though the manager asked details of my visa status I still think it is not the only reason I did not get a second round.
