The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Resume drop to OCR followed by a phone call with an analyst, an associate, then a case study and a conversation with a partner. HR took a very long time in between rounds, and it seemed from final correspondence there would be more rounds. Overall, people on team seem nice and intelligent but difficult to get a good sense of company culture, team was vague about responsibilities.
Interview Questions
The case study was definitely unexpected, had less than 24 hours to prepare and instructions were not clear. Also, the team wants to make sure analysts are very comfortable sourcing, there was no emphasis on technical skills.

Phone Interview
Interview
I had two phone interviews. One with an analyst that went well and she emailed me saying I would have another interview the next week. Had one with another analyst. Never heard back after the second interview.
Interview Questions
The interviewer started by going through the experiences on my resume in depth. How I got the opportunities, what I learned, and asked me a few questions about lines I had under each experience. Then he went into creating a “fake” company that we talked about and he started asking questions about what type of a business I would like to see if the company were looking at this to make an investment. Asked what multiples I would use in growth equity to value this hypothetical company.
Then was Asked to pitch a real company for investment .

Phone Interview
Interview
Consisted mainly of a phone call interview focused largely on behaviorals. Largely focused on reason for choosing the firm and prior experience.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question that I was asked focused on the nature of a company that I was researching in the tech field. The interviewer asked specifically for contextual information, as well as projects that the company was working on. I was also asked to choose from valuation strategies such as Discounted Cash Flows, Leveraged Buy Outs, and Creative Metrics. The interviewer then asked me behavioral questions largely focused on my interest in growth equity and the firm in particular. He was friendly, and provided a timeline for follow-ups.

Interview
Applied through the on campus career page. Someone from the analyst team then reached out to me and set up a phone interview.
Interview Questions
I had trouble identifying the different valuation methodologies that they utilize when a company is deemed to have negative cash flows. This means that the tech company, though still is making revenue, is scaling and is spending all of its revenue on expanding the business.

Everything else was very behavioral, really focused on my different experiences and asking how they applied to the current role and testing my knowledge of the firm. The firm is a SaaS fund basically. Only one fund with 250m in capital.
