Pritzker Realty Group is the Penny Pritzker's personal Private Equity Real Estate shop. They primarily invest in multifamily real estate (14,000+ units), but Pritzker Realty Group has also invested in industrial, office, senior living, and parking lot transactions. Although they are a small family office in terms of headcount, they have approximately $5 billion in private capital to invest and play with. This allows the Pritzker Realty Group to evaluate portfolio transactions and long term real estate investments that are not compatible with traditional closed end funds. The senior management at the firm has an impeccable pedigree and years of experience at top institutional investment firms. Many employees at Pritzker Realty Group have been with the firm for years and turnover is extremely low.

The Pritzker Family also runs a small PE group and hedge fund under a different entity name.
