A day after completion of the in-person interview, I was given the offer.
Straightforward interview. Know why you want to do IB and genuine interest, in addition to basic business writing skills.
You begin with sales or revenue, then subtract COGS to get gross profit. Then subtract SG&A to get operating income, or earnings before interest and taxes. After subtracting interest, subtract taxes which will get you to net income.
I can't remember what I said, but just choose any recent deal in the news and describe the parties involved and basic rationale for the transaction.
