Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial interview consists of a simple phone interview with one of the team members. Pretty much all behavioral questions asking about your strengths and weaknesses, etc. Confirms that it is an unpaid internship. In-person interview was with the VP and an MD. Very laid back. Asks to run through your resume, then they talk about what goes on in the firm.Then there is a writing/Excel section where you basically fill out an income statement and write a blind executive summary.
