Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One phone screen with HR, followed by in-person all-day friday interview process. This friday consisted of 4 one on one interviews at 45 minutes each, followed by lunch and then a 2-3 hour modeling test. Assuming you make it past this round, you have to go in for 3 hours to do a personality test, IQ test, and a 15-30min call with a "company psychologist"
