AlixPartners recruited on our campus for internships at their New York office. The first round consisted of a phone interview with one of the Directors at the phone. It was mostly just fit questions. They asked me a few excel questions, and I simply replied that I did not know them. It was very informal. The second round consisted of a second phone interview with two Directors. Again, it was mostly fit questions. Finally, for the third round, AlixPartners invited me to their office. I spoke with 4 different members of their team. One was a Managing Director. One was an analyst. And finally, two of them were directors. They presented a few more fit questions and gave a case interview.
