Applied through University Career Services. Heard back from AllianceBernstein after a week to schedule an interview. Alumni who works at AllianceBernstein conducting the interview of campus. The interview consisted of behavioral questions only. Questions consisted of, "tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult peer?" and other similar questions. Interview was very scripted, in fact the interviewer prefaced the interview by saying "sorry if this sounds scripted, but that's because it is." No question was very difficult, but ultimately I did not receive an offer. I think they were probably looking for someone with more of an economic background. Had I been selected to continue the process, there would have been a second round of interviews conducted at AllianceBernstein's office.
