Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially applied online to AllianceBernstein for many different internship positions. Heard back a week or two later and had a behavioral phone interview with HR where she asked which of the positions I applied for I would prefer. The next round is another phone interview that took place a couple of weeks later and after that I was invited back for a Superday. I did mine on Skype due to travel issues and it consisted of 3-30 minute interviews. Heard back within a couple of days with the offer
