Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round was a phone interview with the hiring manager, described the role, asked behavioral questions, got to know me. 2nd round was in person with the hiring manager and was much of the same. 3rd round was with the head of responsible investing as well as team member in Australia. 3rd round was difficult, asked questions about current ESG issues and proxy policy.
