Interview Details
Fast-forward to then--> Prepped using 10k, online information regarding position such as many fit/why you/why alliancebernstein questions.
Two 45 minutes interviews very fit-based and asking questions regarding sales and handling clients, so gear your interview/information/experience that direction beforehand.
Got invited back for second round interview with the same setup of two 45 minutes interviews with a 15 minute break in-between; this time, however, you are to pitch a fund of their discretion (they emailed me everything the day before) to a potential client (in this case, the Manager who you interview with).
At this round, immediately walking in they do a short interview then jump right to the role-play; do your best to keep up a personality and be friendly, and don't force the information from the packet down their throat.
They'll give feed back and the next interviewer will ask what feedback you received to see how you handle, deal with, and take advice/criticism and see if you can be "coached".
Perception: Seems like a good foot-in-the-door and definitely can make some good money doing it; look forward to 50-60 phone calls a day (you start at the desk and work your way towards being the outside guy, so consider the role support for the outside guy to help make sales and most of salary can come from commission)
Also got the impression its pretty monotonous and that they're needs to be more incentives.
