Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round interview was two phone interviews because i was out of area. It consisted of basic resume review and behavioral questions, trying to see if you are personable over the phone.

The second round interview was a phone role play about calling on current client and suggesting one of there flag ship products.
