Global Private Credit

The first round interview was a 1 to 1 with an analyst. There, some typical questions came like why Allianz or why Private Credit. Then, some personal questions about my cv and what exactly I did in my previous internships. Then they asked about basic parameters to check the credit of a company. After replying the quantitative metrics, they asked for more insights. I mentioned industry trends, GP performance or management history. The interview lasted apron 45 min. After 3-4 days, I received the communication to move to the next round.
The 2nd round consisted of a case study: analyzing a secondary transaction. All the loans information was provided and you have to calculate the discount of the portfolio.
They gave a weekend to do all the case study. Then, presentation to the portfolio managers who were testing your assumptions and results. It was expected to prepare a presentation with the main findings. Then, it took them 2-3 days to give the final offer.
