Leveraged Finance Associate

Initial phone interview with Head of HR which lasted for 45+ minutes - pretty thorough in comparison to usual HR conversations.
Second round was with two SVP's who were extremely nice. Both just wanted to get a sense of my personality and my motivations for joining their team, the firm, and long term goals.
Third round interview was a case study and a subsequent discussion for 45 minutes with 2 VP's. The case study consisted of a company, its background, FS extract, a credit paper, some pro forma ratios and the interviewee had to come to the conclusion of a yes/no to invest in the company's capital structure. The hardest part of the case study was time constraints and the volume of material - probably 25 pages of text. Then, communicating your thought process in a structured, succinct manner. I wasnt happy with my communication of my conclusion but I came to the correct conclusion so not all was lost.
Final interview was with the Head of the NY Region. Basically, we had a chat over coffee about my motivations for joining the firm and general chitchat outside of work. He was a very cool, down-to-earth man - seemed like a guy to have beer with. Overall, a very positive experience and nice firm.
