Interview
First interview was a 30-minute meeting with HR. After that, I had two 30-minute back to back interviews where I was given a different case study for each. They were relatively simple and want to make sure you know how to evaluate businesses (it had both a qualitative and quantitative factor to it, but if you're good with mental math then you'll be fine). After that stage, there's a final Superday with 4-6 professionals at the firm (typically ranging from VP to Principal to MD), along with a business analysis case (similar to a case but more focused on business strategy). People all go to great schools and seem to be pretty approachable. Culture is pretty decent and expected of a MM private equity shop. A LOT of upward mobility and most people at the firm have been there for >5 years.
Interview Questions
No unexpected questions, but there is a lot of mental math that you'll be tested on. They want to understand how you think through business issues and the ways you'll go about solving them.

Interview
The process started with an info session for our school. Then applied through handshake and got a first round interview. The interview was quite easy with mostly market sizing/ consulting type questions. Most questions could be answered without reading the guide first. But a consulting background helps. The interview also really focused on fit where they want to know if you are genuinely smart.
Interview Questions
They gave info about one of their portfolio companies and asked who I would improve it. The question was similar to questions you would see in the Bain casebook.
