The interview consisted of simple LBO/PE technicals, brain teasers, math questions, situationals, and behavioural questions. The best way to prep is to review the Breaking Into Wall Street LBO guide, prep your story (why PE, tell me what yourself, why 302), prep a few stories for situational questions and look at mental math/brain teasers online.
