I applied through Linkedin, then one random day got a call from HR asking for my SAT results, then later in the week got an email to interview with them.
Interview Questions
Nothing was really difficult, they did not go into any technicals, they were more focused on behavioral questions and to see if I was a good fit. Examples of questions were: what is your biggest strength, what was your biggest failure, tell me about a time you had a problem in a group.

Interview
Interview process is fair: try to gauge your understanding and interest of the wealth management industry and they’re definitely trying to get to know you as a person more than your skillset:

I had a phone call, two rounds of in person, and a series of exams that were meant to test my math and English knowledge as well as my moral compass. The exams take a very long time
Interview Questions
Honestly nothing was insanely difficult, but the personality test was incredibly tedious and asked some very unanswerable questions. For example you would get numerous questions asking you what would you do, and all the answer choices are immoral, you have no other choice but to say you’d do this.

It was very straight forward. First a hiring manager called me to assess if I was a fit for the position. I then met two people in the office for an official interview. It was mostly conversational, with a few standard behaviorals.

I simply applied online and got an email from HR soon after and went into the office and did the interview with 2 members.
Interview Questions
Nothing was really difficult, they only asked behavioral questions and questions on the market. You need to make sure to understand what exactly this position is and know your resume inside out. All in all, they were very friendly and it seemed that they wanted to just get to know you better and they did not really throw any curveballs. Questions included: tell me about yourself? What are your biggest weaknesses? What did you read in the market recently? Why did you go to your school? Tell me more about your interest in...?

Interview
Received a call from their internal recruiter. Spent roughly 45 minutes speaking with her about my history (GPA, SAT scores, job history, etc.) The next day I was asked to complete two IQ/Personality tests which took roughly two hours to complete. Two days later I was asked to come in to meet with the CEO and the EVP. During this interview I was asked all the standard questions as well as reviewing the results of the IQ/personality tests. This took roughly an hour. A few days later they emailed me asking to come in the following week to meet with the senior members of the team I would be working with and to work on a case study so they could evaluate my work.
Interview Questions
In this market environment, how would you construct a portfolio? "I would recommend a well diversified global portfolio. I would be sure to pay special attention to any impending changes to monetary policy as this could adversely effect investment returns.
