Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received a call from their internal recruiter. Spent roughly 45 minutes speaking with her about my history (GPA, SAT scores, job history, etc.) The next day I was asked to complete two IQ/Personality tests which took roughly two hours to complete. Two days later I was asked to come in to meet with the CEO and the EVP. During this interview I was asked all the standard questions as well as reviewing the results of the IQ/personality tests. This took roughly an hour. A few days later they emailed me asking to come in the following week to meet with the senior members of the team I would be working with and to work on a case study so they could evaluate my work.
