Initially applied online. Got a call back from a recruiter. Typical screening asked me why I want to do consulting and why A&M. Spoke additionally about my experience in Excel and analyzing large data sets. Got through the phone screen after 2-3 weeks of waiting and got called in for an in-person interview. Met with two directors and one analyst. All were great people. Very fit based questions and wanted to know how my prior experiences fit in with consulting and A&M. Afterwards there was an Excel test that is always changing. They'll give you a random dataset and you'll need to know how to analyze it. You should be comfortable with text functions, logical operators (if,and,or), index and match functions, vlookups, pivot tables and some others.
